Oconee Camping Trip

Our second camping trip too Oconee State Park was once again a success! We love taking camping trips as a family and with our good friends, the Wardlaws! So many wonderful memories are made and the kids are in heaven. It was hard to choose my favorites from this trip. When you take more than 200 pictures, it becomes a problem to narrow down your favorites. :-)

This sweet little girl spent alot of time playing with this bucket, filling it with water and dirt, making mud and getting dirty. This is one princess that knows how to get dirty!

The man made swing that was built for the kids by their Daddy's! They loved it!! Two peas in pod! Who knows what they were up to?! Savannah loves Mrs. Amanda! As you can see, the smallest one of all, enjoyed the swing as well! One of my favorites....Marshmallow roasting! Sweet friends! This was one excited boy over his marshmallow being on fire! After all the marshmallow roasting, this little tired girl was asking to go night, night! This picture makes me laugh! Funny Girl! Doesn't she look pitiful?! This is a picture of Jason and Savannah on one of our hikes. After this, I had to take over the back pack. Jason was just a bit too tall to take Savannah on this path. :-) Me and my princess!
Jackson loved everything about the camping and hiking experience! He will make his Daddy one happy man as he gets older and can do all the outdoors things with him. Savannah was loving the nature as well! Ta-Da! We made it to the waterfall! Hip, Hip, Hurray! I just love this picture of Jason and the kids checking out the waterfall! My sweet Family! The four kiddos! After our first hike, we came back to a probable raccoon attack on the container that held cupcakes for the kids. Yikes! Jackson and Tyler rode these Tonka trucks down this hill for hours! They loved it! My princess on the phone calling her Nannie! Imagine that! The girls with their Memorial Day tattoos that Mrs. Amanda brought for the kids. The boys with their tattoos! What a cool looking caterpillar that the found and carried around everywhere. The Daddy's and their girls on another hike. So Sweet!
What we saw at the end of our last hike on the last day!

A great ending to a great camping trip! Already looking forward to our next one!
