Christmas Lights

Jason and I took Jackson to see the lights at the zoo. I thought it was going to be a wasted trip. Jackson got really tired on the way to the zoo and when we got there, he was all done. First of all, there was fake snow at the entrance and it scared him. He is still going through a "scary" stage as he would call it. I never know from day to day what is going to be scary to him. As we went into the zoo, he really got into the lights. He talked nonstop about all the lights. His favorite thing that night was his ride on the choo choo train. He LOVED it!! We were on the choo choo and he said "All Aboard". It was so funny. We avoided seeing Santa all together. We did ask him if he wanted to see Santa and he said "NO!".

We also took Jackson to Saluda Shoals to see the lights there. Ga Ga(Grandma) and Papa went with us as well. Jackson sat on Papa's lap in the front seat and had the best time. He was full of himself that night. He was talking ninety miles a minute. Grandma and Papa sat in the car with Savannah so we could take Jackson on the choo choo there as well. Sorry, but I have no pictures of that. It was SOOO cold. We stayed covered with a fleece blanket on the whole ride(all three of us). Jackson still enjoyed it. I can't wait to take him on the choo choo in Winnsboro. I just know he will love it.

Jackson loved hanging out the window on
the choo choo.
We did not doubt he would have fun on the choo choo. :-)
Daddy and Jackson at the zoo. You would not know
by these pictures that he really did enjoy
the lights. Where's the smiles Jackson?
